Ukrainian Community

In 2022, several Ukrainian families arrived to stay in our area. In conjunction with their UK hosts, Carillon Cottage was pleased to act as a hub for these visitors, where they could meet with each other and begin to learn the English language, courtesy of conversation classes with several volunteer teachers. Carillon Cottage continues to extend a hand of welcome to those arriving from the Ukraine and will support them as best we can as their needs develop.
